01Purpose of the site
The site presents the company, its software modules and services, and lets you request demos. It is informational: subscribing to the platform is governed by the commercial proposal, contract and service level agreement signed with each customer, which prevail over these terms.
02Illustrative content
The console, sector map, readings, event log and animated figures on the site are simulations with fictitious data created to show how the platform works. They do not correspond to any real farm or customer.
Technical specifications (alert times, satellite resolution, encryption, coverage) describe reference capabilities. Actual values for each project depend on connectivity, installed equipment and the terms of the contract.
03Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data of AgroTech Security or third parties.
- Introduce malicious code, overload the server or run denial-of-service tests.
- Scrape content in bulk or by automated means.
- Submit false information, third-party data without authorization or sensitive data through the form.
Good-faith security testing is governed by our responsible disclosure policy.
04Intellectual property
The AgroTech Security brand, logo, text, design, illustrations, animations and code of the site belong to AgroTech Security or are used under license, and are protected by Colombian Law 23 of 1982, Andean Decision 351 of 1993 (copyright) and Andean Decision 486 of 2000 (industrial property).
You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially use its content without written permission. Typefaces and open-source libraries used keep their own licenses.
05Proposals and pricing
Nothing published on the site is a binding offer. Prices, scope, timelines and warranties are defined in writing in each commercial proposal.
06Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party sites and uses external services for typefaces and libraries. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
07Liability
We strive to keep the site available and its information accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may have interruptions or errors. AgroTech Security is not liable for agronomic, security or business decisions made solely on the basis of the general information on the site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that Colombian law does not allow to be limited, or the rights granted by Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute) to anyone acting as a consumer.
08Personal data
Any data you send us is processed under our Data Processing Policy.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes will first be addressed directly between the parties; failing that, they will be heard by the competent courts of the domicile of AgroTech Security.
